  • BioKinesiology is a very gentle, non invasive complementary therapy that uses muscle testing to look at your body's biochemistry to detect imbalances which may be causing unpleasant symptoms! These can range from food intolerances, toxins and infections to gut dysbiosis.

  • With BioKinesology, I aim to investigate the root cause of your issues and identify the best treatment individually tailored for you using nutrition, supplementation and lifestyle choices.

  • Breathwork is trendy right now, but it’s not new. People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years, and it has roots in yoga practice. The basic idea of breathwork is to release toxins and stress when you breathe out and nourish your mind and body when you breathe in.

Your breath brings oxygen into your body so that you can thrive. When you are physically or emotionally stressed, it affects how you breathe. Breathwork helps to calm your stress and bring balance to your body.

  • It’s easy to become overwhelmed by stress and feel out of control. When you focus on breathing, you allow your body the chance to reset and recover from the negative side effects of stress.

Physical health benefits of breathwork may include:

    • Balanced blood pressure

    • More time in deep sleep

    • Reduction of PTSD and feelings of trauma

    • Stronger respiratory function

    • Better immune system

    • Release of stress hormones from your body

    • Emotional benefits may include:

    • Fewer feelings of depression and anxiety

    • Better mental focus

    • Decrease in addictive behaviors

    • Allowing emotional scars to heal

    • Better outlook on life

    • Connection, love and joy

  • Spinal Energetics (SE) is a modality developed by D. Sarah Jane. It is a unique approach to nervous system care that focuses on the relationship between the spine and one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing by accessing the energetic field.

Here is a basic overview of how SE works:

    1. Assessment: A trained SE practitioner will assess your leg length, tension patterns in the spine and evaluate for resonance within the energetic field layers. This then allows the practitioner to observe the specific Process that the client is holding within the present layer of the body (In SE there are 6 Processes A, B, C, D, E and F that reflect certain tension patterns with specific meanings metaphysically and physically).

    2. Light Touch: SE involves light yet specific touches to the spine, energetic layers and centres, that cue the body's innate healing response to unlock tension patterns stored in the body.

    3. SE Session: The practitioner uses these activations, contacts and sound to assist your spine/nervous system in adapting and releasing tension via the energetic field, as a result of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual or personal soul stressors. This then leads to the inner wisdom to alter these patterns on it's own, leading to more efficient communication between your brain, body and spirit.

    4. Psychosomatic Movement: SE is known for its focus on the concepts of spinal 'unwinding' and the rhythmic movements that your body naturally produces in response to stress and tension. SE touches, sounds and cues allow the body to unwind these tension patterns via this innate movement that is within us all. SE assists the body in accessing and using these spinal energetic movements for healing.

    5. New Patterns and Spontaneous movement: In time, with repeated SE sessions, the body creates new optimal patterns focused on the present, and as a result has new strategies for facing stress and tension as a human being. Additionally, the clients body will move spontaneously on its own, creating an empowering experience for the client and not one that is solely reliant upon a practice.
